When we purchased our block of land it was due to an Advertisement in the Local Press as a House & Land package. A meeting was arranged by the Agents, with the Builders, Joe & Rob Monteleone and we rather pleased that they had a Family connection in Kyabram that Robin & I both knew. We were welcomed into their Office in Shepparton and immediately felt at ease as they began explaining what the standard specifications of the home they intended building on the block. Discussions progressed over the next couple of months, as we requested some minor alterations, and within 2/3 months we had our plans in motion with all the small matters finally sorted. Rob and Joe had proved most obliging and very helpful with all our concerns/queries. To Rob, Joe and his wife Dora we say a job very well done. We would have no hesitation in recommending them, as we have already done, with one new client to build for. We are thrilled with our new home, and its appearance and convenience.

When I decided on one of your many House Designs, you built me a beautiful and very comfortable house to live in. Your helpful and friendly advice while I was building was fantastic with no problems from start to finish. Once again thank you.

We cannot believe it has come up so nicely and that too in less than five months’ time. The house building is very absorbing but very rewarding too. My name is Tony Owen, recently I had Monteleone Homes construct my pride and joy, my new home. It would be fair to say that I am a fussy person by nature and expect value for my hard-earned dollar, Monteleone Homes did not disappoint at all. I had a wonderful, stress free experience which started from their helpful and friendly sales staff, to the family run professional builder, even to the sub-contractors which are managed to exacting standards. I found the inclusions offered in my package fantastic, the range of standard fixtures very comprehensive, pricing and timeframe's realistic. I have nothing but praise for Joe and Rob Monteleone who welcomed my input, worked together with me to address any changes I made and delivered the highest quality product on time and budget. Even today some 18 months after occupancy, I know I can call on their expertise regarding the newest addition to my family… our home.

I would like to thank Rob and Joe from Monteleone Homes for doing such a good job organizing the building of my rental house. Right from the start they made the process easy.
